The extreme desert climate demands mortar with specific thermal insulation and water-retention properties. Our client required an ultra-high-capacity plant that could operate continuously in high temperatures while maintaining strict environmental standards to comply with the kingdom’s new sustainability laws.

The Solution: HAMAC designed a 100 t/h Tower-Structure Dry Mortar Plant. The tower design minimizes land use and utilizes gravity for material flow, reducing energy consumption.

• High-Precision Batching: Accuracy of ±0.5% for chemical additives (HPMC, RDP).
• Advanced Pulse Jet Dust Collector: Ensures a dust-free environment, essential for operating in sensitive eco-zones.
• Specialized Bulk Loading System: Allows for fast dispatch via tanker trucks directly to the construction sites.

Outcome: The plant has become a benchmark in the region for "Green Manufacturing." It successfully supplies high-performance thermal insulation mortar for several government landmark buildings in Riyadh.
